Refund and Returns Policy

We are confident you will be more than pleased with your Dannah purchase. If, however, you need to return your purchase for a refund or exchange please contact Customer service at customerservice@dannah.uk.com for a further guidance.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Unless this is under warranty or is part of a Professional and Emergency Rescue team, who will have a contact to arrange the garment repaired by us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a order number and why you are returning the item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • without swing tickets
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery

When you first receive your item, please check it fits immediately, then if you’re not sure you can talk to us or it does not suit you can return the item or exchange for a different size or colour. We will not accept an item which has been worn and no longer has its tags or Packaging.

  • Exchanges are accepted for any reason within 90 days of purchase if your item or items are in original packaging and are unwashed and unworn.
    • We will replace your Dannah garment within a year of purchase if it has been damaged by faulty fabric, stitching or manufacturing. Please return your garment as soon as possible so we can assess its condition and send you a replacement. Damage that occurs after a year is usually caused by wear and tear.
    • Please note that items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long-term usage are not considered to be faulty. If you have damaged your product in an accident, or through sustained and long-term use, then please contact us as it is likely that we’ll be able to repair it for you at a small charge.

    • You will need to provide the following information:  Order Number: Style Number: Quantity: Reason for return and a Return Address.
    • You will pay for shipping to Dannah, but we will pay to ship a replacement to you.
    • In all instances where manufacturing faults are identified, the customer’s return postage costs will be refunded.
    • Following receipt of your returned item, we will send a replacement or issue a credit to your credit card.
    • We will do our best to process returns with 5 business days of receipt.

International returns
All packages being returned to us from out with the UK must be marked ‘Goods returned under warranty’. We will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@dannah.uk.com and send your item to: Dannah Design, 44 Acomb Avenue, Seaton Delaval, Whitley bay, NE25 0HG.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
